Itinerary

Friday, October 31st · Welcome and introduction

We will meet in Benasque and introduce the Trekking Camp, briefing on activities, schedules, accommodation, and getting to know each other.

Saturday, November 1st · Glaciers Route

Excursion to the balcony of the north face of the Aneto massif and the Maladetes, with a privileged panoramic view of the glaciers of these Pyrenean giants to the Portillón de Benasque, a historic border pass with France. Circular route of moderate difficulty, low technical demand but with steep ascents. In the afternoon, we will take a short tour of the town of Benasque with free time to have a drink together in one of the town's bars.

Sunday, November 2nd · Ascent to a peak

Ascent to a 3,000-meter peak, Pic Aragüells (3,048m) if conditions permit, a fantastic viewpoint of Ibon de Cregüeña (the third largest in the Pyrenees) ascending from the iconic Coronas Valley. In case weather conditions do not allow the ascent, a circular route through Plan d'Aigualluts will be carried out.
